That one time I went on a date. And it wasn't horrible.

Could my luck be changing???? I'm cautiously optimistic. I have been on a series of dates in the past two months, most of them have been crazy, awkward, and not fun. Dating is exhausting but I know that I have to go through a lot of frogs before I find that prince. So last night was another date. At this point, my expectations for any date are pretty low. If anything, at least I get a free meal out of it. This guy (we'll call him Boy Wonder) was super nice and we seemed to get along pretty well. There weren't any awkward lulls in the conversation or weirdness. It was just easy (which was quite a relief since I was exhausted from a really long 9.5 hour day at work). Boy Wonder and I have tentative plans to see each other at some point next week since I'm out of town this weekend. I'll keep you all updated.
